Ordering Process

How to purchase a monument:

1. Email or call us with your design ideas for the monument and we will design and FREE PREVIEW and email it to you for your review.

2. When you are ready to purchase the memorial, contact us by phone or email to make arrangement for payment and have the final preview and contract sent to you to sign and return. A deposit of at least 50% is required to start your order.

3. Once the signed document and deposit are received, the monument will go into production and be ready to ship in approx 3 to 5 weeks from the date the signed docs & deposit are received. After the monument is completed we will email you a photo before it is packaged for shipment.

4. Any remaining balance is due PRIOR to shipment of the monument. Once the order is PAID IN FULL, the monument will be shipped within approx. 7 business days.

5. Once R&L Carriers has picked up the shipment we will email you tracking information so you can track the status of the shipment. The monument should arrive within 5 business days of being shipped in most cases (Alaska & Hawaii deliveries may take up to 2 weeks).

6. When the shipment arrives, please inspect it for any damages PRIOR to signing for the delivery. Although extremely rare...If major damage is found, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE MONUMENT, reject the shipment back to us and contact us for the next step. If the damage is minor contact us immediately for next step prior to simply rejecting the shipment.

7. Let us know what you think of the final product. We love to hear from our customers!

Other Products:

1. Call or email for pricing and preview if applicable and to place the order.

2. Laser etched tiles or products require a signed preview and payment in full to be made prior to placing the order into production.

3. Once signed preview and payment are received the order will go into production and be completed within 7 to 14 business days. If additional time is needed to process your order you will be notified asap.

4. Laser Etched tiles usually ship via USPS priority mail or UPS. Once the product has been shipped we will email you with any shipment info we have available.
